Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. It covers every item in that order from the moment it ships until 30 days after it's marked delivered.
What's covered
- Lost: your package never arrives, or tracking stops updating for 7+ days.
- Stolen: tracking says delivered but you never received it.
- Damaged: your blanket or markers arrive damaged.
What you get: a free reshipment of the affected items, or a full refund of them, whichever you prefer.
How to claim: email snoozerooco@gmail.com (or use our contact page) within 30 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date if it never arrived). Include your order number, and photos if it arrived damaged.
Without Shipping Protection, packages lost by the carrier are still handled under our Shipping Policy. Shipping Protection adds cover for packages stolen after delivery and items damaged in transit, with a guaranteed free reship or refund.
2-Year Warranty
The 2-Year Warranty is an optional add-on, priced per blanket. It covers each blanket you add it to for 2 years from the delivery date.
What's covered (manufacturing defects under normal use):
- Seams that split or come apart
- Holes or tears in the fleece from normal use
- The printed design fading, cracking or peeling when washed as directed (machine wash cold)
Not covered: normal wear and softening over time, accidental damage (pets, burns, cuts), stains, damage from bleach, hot washes or tumble-drying on high, the markers themselves, or how the coloring turns out.
What you get: a free replacement blanket in the same design (or a similar one if it's no longer available), shipped at our cost.
How to claim: email snoozerooco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. No need to send the blanket back.
Add-ons are refundable within 30 days of delivery if you haven't made a claim. These terms are in addition to your rights under our Refund Policy and any consumer protection laws in your country.
