We want every Blankydoodle to be a gift that sticks around. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at snoozerooco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Unused, uncolored blankets in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items that can't be returned

Because every blanket becomes a one-of-a-kind piece once it's colored, blankets that have been colored in or washed can't be returned unless they arrived defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
