Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, all 27 EU countries, Norway and Switzerland. Prices are shown in your local currency.

Processing & delivery times

Orders ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), and you'll get your tracking number by email within 24 hours. Most orders arrive in 5-7 business days. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown on the product page before you buy.

Holiday orders

For delivery before Christmas, place your order by December 12. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Any charges collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Anything not collected at checkout is the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email snoozerooco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
