Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Standard shipping: $8 on orders under $50
- Express shipping: $15
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard orders usually arrive within 4–8 business days after they ship. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown on the product page before you buy.
Holiday orders
For delivery before Christmas, place your order by December 12. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email snoozerooco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
